Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of branch banking customers, including individuals and small businesses
  • Provide personalized financial solutions and advisory services to meet the diverse needs of customers
  • Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to deepen customer relationships
  • Collaborate with other teams within the bank to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Contribute to the achievement of branch and team performance targets
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proficient in data analysis and financial modeling to provide tailored solutions to customers
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
