Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Machine Learning (ML) and Data Science Trainer to teach and mentor BCA students. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, designing course materials, conducting practical sessions, and preparing students for industry-ready skills in data science and machine learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver classroom or online training sessions on Machine Learning, Data Science, Python programming, SQL, and related tools.
  • Design and develop course content, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments aligned with the BCA curriculum.
  • Introduce and guide students through hands-on projects, datasets, coding exercises, and real-world case studies.
  • Teach core concepts such as:
  • Python programming for data science
  • Data preprocessing and visualization
  • Statistics and probability
  • Machine learning models (supervised & unsupervised)
  • Tools: NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-Learn
  • Evaluate students' performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay updated with the latest ML/AI industry trends and incorporate them into teaching.
  • Support students in mini projects, final-year projects, and skill development activities.

Required Qualifications

  • MCA (Master of Computer Applications) or
  • M.Tech in Computer Science / Data Science / Artificial Intelligence
  • (Equivalent qualifications may be considered.)

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, Data Science, Python, and related frameworks.
  • Experience in academic teaching or technical training (preferred).
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Jupyter Notebook, Google Colab, SQL, GitHub, etc., is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Deep Learning (TensorFlow/PyTorch) – optional but beneficial.
  • Experience in handling student projects and mentoring academic teams.
  • Exposure to industry projects in data analytics or ML.
