An Electrical Maintenance Senior Manager/AGM (Assistant General Manager) oversees the electrical maintenance department within a company, ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of electrical systems and equipment. This role involves managing a team, developing maintenance strategies, coordinating projects, and ensuring safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:
    Leading, supervising, and mentoring the electrical maintenance team, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance. 


  • Maintenance Strategy Development:
    Creating and implementing maintenance plans for electrical systems, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies. 


  • Project Management:
    Overseeing electrical maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards. 


  • Safety Compliance:
    Ensuring all electrical maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and standards. 


  • System Optimization:
    Monitoring and analyzing the performance of electrical systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions. 


  • Budget Management:
    Developing and managing the electrical maintenance budget.

  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance management, typically 10-20 years.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Familiarity with industry safety regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
