- Conducting quality checks on raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products in line with ASTM and IS standards.
- Monitoring production processes to ensure strict adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Ensuring compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) across QC, production, and packing activities.
- Preparing and maintaining QC documentation, test records, and production reports.
- Identifying, documenting, and assisting in resolving deviations through CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Coordinating with the production team for planning, scheduling, and smooth workflow.
- Supervising packing operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely dispatch.
