We are looking for a Social Media Associate to manage our social media accounts and run campaigns that keep our audience interested and engaged. This person will also research social media trends and ad performance to help improve our online presence and make our campaigns more effective. The right candidate will create fun, interesting, and creative content for regular posts that share our message and connect with our audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, organize, and manage engaging and high-quality content for all social media platforms, making sure it fits the brand's voice and goals

  • Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner

  • Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to make sure all social media posts align with the overall brand look and message

  • Regularly update and improve the company's social media pages to boost visibility, attract more followers, and increase engagement

  • Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing to keep strategies fresh and effective

Requirements :

  • 2+ years of experience working in social media or a related role

  • Comfortable speaking on camera and able to create fun, engaging video content

  • Strong ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • A creative mindset, consistent work ethic, and a strong desire to keep learning and growing
