Our SEO team is expanding, and we are looking for a Senior SEO Expert who can combine deep technical expertise with leadership skills, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making.

Job Overview

As a Senior SEO Expert, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of SEO campaigns for clients in multiple industries. You will drive organic growth through advanced SEO techniques, A/B testing experiments, and automation using tools like n8n.

This role requires someone who is hands-on with technical SEO, confident in analytics-driven reporting, and skilled at experiment-driven marketing. You will collaborate with developers, designers, PPC experts, and content strategists to deliver outstanding performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO Strategy & Execution

2. Design and implement data-driven SEO strategies to maximize organic visibility.

3. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring.

4. Build short- and long-term SEO roadmaps aligned with business goals.

5. On-Page & Off-Page SEO

6. Optimize website structure, metadata, internal linking, and schema markup.

7. Manage link-building campaigns, outreach strategies, and digital PR.

8. Improve Core Web Vitals and mobile-first indexing.

9. Technical SEO

10. Perform site audits for crawlability, indexation, and architecture issues.

11. Fix canonicalization, redirects, structured data, hreflang, and

12. Collaborate with developers on advanced site performance and Core Web Vitals improvements.

13. Content Optimization

14. Create SEO content briefs and align strategy with user intent.

15. Optimize existing and new content for keywords, semantic relevance, and conversions.

16. Collaborate with writers for high-impact content marketing campaigns.

17. A/B Testing & Experimentation

18. Plan and execute A/B tests across landing pages, CTAs, content, and ad creatives.

19. Measure performance based on KPIs like conversion rate, CTR, bounce rate, and ROI.

20. Recommend and implement winning variations for continuous CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).

21. Workflow Automation (n8n & Tools)

22. Build automation flows in n8n for SEO reporting, campaign monitoring, and performance tracking.

23. Automate split-testing workflows (traffic routing, result collection, winner assignment).

24. Integrate multiple platforms (Google Analytics, Ads, Search Console, CRM) into automated dashboards and reports.

25. Analytics & Reporting

26. Track and analyze performance using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.

27. Monitor SEO KPIs like organic traffic, rankings, CTR, conversion rate.

28. Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

29. Leadership & Collaboration

30. Mentor junior SEO executives and interns on best practices.

31. Work with cross-functional teams (designers, PPC, social, devs) to align strategies.
32. Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and SEO industry shifts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of SEO experience with proven results in competitive industries.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) – mandatory, as the role involves working directly with international clients.
• Ability to present SEO reports, strategies, and insights clearly to global stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of technical SEO, ranking factors, and algorithm updates.
• Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, SurferSEO, GA4, GSC).
• Strong expertise in WordPress, Shopify, Magento, and custom CMS SEO.
• Hands-on experience in A/B testing and CRO techniques.
• Ability to build n8n automation workflows for SEO, reporting, and campaign optimization.
• Solid understanding of Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and site performance.
• Analytical mindset with ability to convert data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions and reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of local SEO, e-commerce SEO, and international SEO.
• Familiarity with Zapier, Make, or other workflow automation platforms.
• Understanding of PPC, social media optimization (SMO), and integrated marketing.
• Experience in site migrations, multi-language SEO, and enterprise SEO.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for debugging SEO issues.
