Our team is passionate about creating meaningful stays — and now we're looking for a Marketing Manager who shares that same passion for storytelling, branding, and hospitality.

Your Role:

As our Marketing Manager, you'll be the creative force behind our brand presence — both online and offline. You'll drive awareness, engagement, and bookings through compelling campaigns and strategic partnerships.

What You'll Do:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost bookings and brand visibility.

Manage digital campaigns across social media, Google, and other channels.

Lead content creation — photo shoots, videos, and storytelling for social media.

Build collaborations with travel influencers, agencies, and brand partners.

Plan seasonal promotions, retreats, and events that enhance guest experience.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on insights and results.

Work closely with sales, operations, and creative teams for smooth execution.

What You'll Bring:

5+ years of experience in marketing — preferably in resorts, hotels, or lifestyle brands.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content strategy.

Eye for design, trends, and what makes people book an experience.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Proficiency in marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.).
