Role Overview
We're seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to build and maintain our healthcare platform.

You'll work with our Tech Lead and US-based engineering team to develop high-quality features, ensure code quality, and contribute to technical decisions while building scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Development & Implementation :

• Develop high-quality, maintainable code using , , and TypeScript.
• Build and maintain features across the full stack frontend and backend.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries for MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Write clean, testable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Debug and resolve technical issues in development and production environments.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Optimize application performance and database queries.

Technical Collaboration

• Collaborate with Tech Lead on technical design and implementation approaches.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute technical ideas.
• Work with Technical PM to break down user stories and provide estimates.
• Implement security best practices and handle sensitive healthcare data securely.
• Write and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with US engineering team during overlapping hours.

Quality & Best Practices

• Write unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests.
• Follow established coding standards and design patterns.
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline improvements.
• Contribute to technical debt reduction.
• Stay updated with latest technologies and best practices.
• Share knowledge with team members through code reviews and pair programming.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on full stack development experience.
• Strong TypeScript/JavaScript proficiency ES6+, async patterns.
• Production experience with building RESTful APIs, microservices.
• Solid skills SSR, components, hooks, state management.
• Database experience MongoDB and PostgreSQL (queries, schema design, optimization).
• Git proficiency branching, merging, pull requests.
• API design and integration RESTful principles, authentication (JWT, OAuth).
• Cloud platform exposure AWS/Azure/GCP basics.
• Testing Jest, Mocha, or similar frameworks.
• Vercel Platform Experience Deployments, Preview Environments, Serverless Functions.
• Docker and CI/CD pipeline experience is a plus.
• Healthcare or regulated industry experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Good English communication skills.
• Comfortable collaborating with US team during their business hours.
