About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to assist the HR team in day-to-day operations, recruitment, and employee engagement. This internship offers hands-on exposure to HR practices in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Help with employee engagement initiatives and HR administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Eager to learn and able to handle confidential information.
