HR Internship

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to assist the HR team in day-to-day operations, recruitment, and employee engagement. This internship offers hands-on exposure to HR practices in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
• Help with employee engagement initiatives and HR administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Eager to learn and able to handle confidential information.
