As a Civil Engineering Intern, you will play a key role in assisting our team on live projects, gaining hands-on exposure to the full cycle of construction management — from design to execution. Responsibilities

  • Assist in structural calculations, load-bearing analysis, and alignment checks.
  • Support in preparation of BOQs, drawings, and technical documentation.
  • Conduct site inspections, monitor daily progress, and ensure quality standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and project managers for smooth workflow.
  • Assist in material estimation, layout planning, and resource management.
  • Learn and implement safety protocols and compliance requirements.
  • Provide technical support in site management, problem-solving, and on-ground execution.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's in
    Civil Engineering
    (or related field).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic structural analysis tools (preferred).
  • Energetic, eager to learn, and passionate about civil engineering.
