HOD - Sulphuric Acid

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of sulphuric acid production, including monitoring production processes, troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring efficient production output.
• Implement and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and company targets.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and lower production costs.
• Ensure quality control measures are in place to produce sulphuric acid that meets industry standards and customer requirements.
• Lead and manage production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure proper functioning of production equipment and initiate improvements.
• Monitor and analyze production data, identify trends, and implement process improvements to enhance overall production efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production goals with sales, inventory, and quality assurance.
