Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate the foaming machine as per the daily production plan.
• Adjust and monitor all key parameters, including:
• Pre-heating temperature
• Chemical transfer system
• Double belt heating temperature
• Cross bar and block settings
• Pump pressure
• Follow standard process settings as per the check sheet.
• Ensure daily production targets are achieved with minimal downtime.
• Arrange raw materials from the store as per the work order before starting the line.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report any issues to maintenance or supervisor.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed in the foaming and double belt sections.
• Use PPEs properly and promote safety awareness among co-workers.
• Support Kaizen activities and continuous process improvements.
• Supervise and guide off-roll (contract) manpower as required.
