About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. As part of a fast-paced digital marketing agency, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns for multiple brands across various industries. You'll work closely with the content, design, and performance teams to ensure effective execution and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Plan and execute social media marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Manage SEO/SEM strategies to drive traffic and improve rankings.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
  • Coordinate with the design and content teams for ad creatives, blogs, and social media posts.
  • Optimize ad performance by analyzing metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ROI.
  • Research industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest actionable improvements.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, influencer collaborations, and website updates (if required).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and Analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) and CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
