Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Bengaluru for a Solutions Architect (Agentic AI). The Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable solutions by aligning business requirements with technical strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs, creating tailored solution architectures, managing system integrations, and overseeing end-to-end solution delivery. The role also involves providing consulting support to optimize business processes and ensure successful implementation of ConvoZen's AI-powered solutions.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Solution Architecture and Integration across complex systems
  • Strong skills in Software Development and related technologies
  • Experience in Consulting with a focus on client requirements and innovation
  • Understanding of Business Processes and alignment to technical solutions
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI technologies, particularly in conversational AI, is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent; advanced degrees in relevant fields preferred
