Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader, located in Sangrur. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations, setting and achieving targets, and providing consistent support and guidance to team members. Additionally, the Team Leader will play a pivotal role in decision-making processes, performance reviews, and enhancing overall team capabilities.

- Experience in financial services or a related field

- Proficiency in local languages and regional understanding is a plus
- Experience with customer relationship management
