Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graduate Trainee in our Gurgaon office. The Graduate Trainee will be responsible for assisting with green building certification processes, energy and daylight simulations, and environmental analysis. The role involves working closely with developers, architects, and project teams to implement sustainable design strategies and achieve certification under LEED, IGBC, and GRIHA rating systems. Daily tasks include data collection, report generation, project documentation, and client communication. The trainee will also support the team in utilizing advanced tools like AutoCAD, EnergyPlus, Radiance, Daysim, Dialux, EQUEST, and ECOTECT for effective project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of green building certification systems such as LEED, IGBC, and GRIHA
  • Proficiency in design and simulation tools like AutoCAD, EnergyPlus, Radiance, Daysim, Dialux, and TRNSYS
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for data collection and environmental analysis
  • Good communication skills for client interaction and project documentation
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Science, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for sustainability and commitment to green building practices
