Role & responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain Oracle Fusion technical solutions across HCM/FIN/SCM modules.
  • Design and build BIP/BI Publisher reports, data models, and bursting solutions.
  • Create and optimize OTBI reports and dashboards.
  • Implement and support OIC-based integrations (REST/SOAP, FBDI, File-based).
  • Build extensions and custom applications using VBCS (preferred).
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Perform unit testing, issue resolution, and production support.
  • Prepare technical documentation including design specs, test scripts, and deployment documents.
  • Collaborate with functional and business teams for solution delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 710 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Technical.
  • Strong SQL & PL/SQL experience.
  • Extensive working knowledge in BI Publisher (BIP)—data models, templates, bursting.
  • OTBI report development expertise.
  • Good experience with OIC integrations.
  • Exposure to VBCS development (added advantage).
  • Good understanding of Oracle Fusion data model across HCM/FIN/SCM.
  • Strong troubleshooting & debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication & client-facing skills.
