Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY

  • Lead LabWare LIMS configuration and development, including LIMS Basic scripting, Visual Workflows, templates, and automation logic.
  • Provide technical direction to project teams and ensure design consistency across multiple sites.
  • Manage LIMS interfaces and instrument connectivity, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange.
  • Review technical deliverables, enforce coding and configuration standards, and mentor junior developers.
  • Collaborate with business, QA, and validation teams to ensure compliance with GxP, GMP, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
  • Participate in technical planning, effort estimation, and go-live readiness activities.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Technical Expertise:
  • 712 years of total relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience with LabWare LIMS (v7 or above) configuration, scripting, and administration.
  • Knowledge of system interfaces, instrument integration, and data exchange mechanisms.
  • Proficiency in SQL / Oracle and reporting tools such as Crystal Reports.
  • Exposure to LabWare ELN or LabWare 9 is a plus.
Leadership:
  • Ability to guide small technical teams and collaborate effectively with functional and validation stakeholders.
Functional Knowledge:
  • Understanding of laboratory workflows in QC and R&D environments.
EDUCATION
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, MCA.
  • LabWare LIMS Administration / Technical Certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with GAMP5 / CSV / 21 CFR Part 11 frameworks desirable.
WORK LOCATION
  • Pune / Raipur / Remote (For remote employees, travel to Raipur will be required for onboarding and for a two-week period every quarter).
