This role is only for candidates with 5–8 years of Automation Testing experience using Java + Selenium in the Telecom domain (OSS, Inventory, Fixed Networks). Applications without this background will not be considered.

About the Role

We are hiring
end-to-end Automation Testers
with strong expertise in the
Telecom domain (OSS, Inventory Management, Fixed Networks, etc.)
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
Java + Selenium
and proven ability to design and execute automation frameworks for telecom applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform
    end-to-end automation testing
    across telecom applications and systems.
  • Design, develop, and maintain
    automation frameworks
    using Java + Selenium.
  • Write and execute
    robust test scripts
    to validate functionality, integration, and performance.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams for defect resolution.
  • Maintain detailed
    test documentation
    to meet telecom project standards.
  • Provide
    regular reporting
    on test coverage, execution, and results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–8 years
    of experience in
    Automation Testing
    .
  • Strong proficiency in
    Java + Selenium
    for test automation.
  • Mandatory Telecom domain experience
    – OSS, Inventory Management, Fixed Networks.
  • Ability to handle
    end-to-end automation
    in large-scale telecom projects.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

Good to Have

  • Exposure to
    telecom protocols and technologies (2G/3G/4G/5G, IP/MPLS, etc.)
    .
  • Experience working in
    Agile/Scrum environments
    .
