Job Title: Senior Multimedia Test Engineer (Automotive – ISO26262 / ASPICE)

Location: Bangalore – Whitefield

Salary Range: ₹12,00,000 – ₹25,00,000 per annum

Experience: 5–10 years (customizable)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Multimedia Test Engineer with strong experience in multimedia test frameworks, embedded testing, and automotive compliance. The role involves validating audio, video, camera, display, and graphics functionalities on embedded platforms while ensuring compliance with ISO26262 and ASPICE processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and maintain test plans for Audio, Video, Camera, Display, and Graphics functionalities.
  • Perform functional testing on embedded multimedia systems and platforms.
  • Build and enhance Multimedia Test Frameworks for automation and validation.
  • Design automated test scripts using Python and perform low-level validation using Embedded C/C++ where required.
  • Document defects, analyze logs, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Ensure testing processes and documentation comply with ISO26262 and ASPICE standards.
  • Perform regression, integration, and system-level testing for multimedia modules.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of test processes and automation coverage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Multimedia Testing (Audio, Video, Camera, Display, Graphics).
  • Proficiency in Python for automation and scripting.
  • Knowledge of Embedded C/C++ for test-level validation and analysis.
  • Experience with Multimedia Test Frameworks (custom or commercial).
  • Good understanding of embedded systems, SoC platforms, and multimedia pipelines.
  • Familiarity with ISO26262 functional safety processes.
  • Experience working in ASPICE-compliant environments (Automotive domain preferred).
  • Strong debugging and log-analysis skills.
