Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with 3-4 years of hands-on experience to join our marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Baxture Technologies, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to enhance our online presence, drive brand awareness, and generate leads.

Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Strategy:
     Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  2. Content Creation:
     Create engaging and SEO-friendly content for various digital channels, including blogs, social media, emails, and website.
  3. SEO & SEM:
     Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns.
  4. Social Media Management:
     Manage and grow our social media presence, including content scheduling, posting, and engagement.
  5. Email Marketing:
     Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  6. Analytics & Reporting:
     Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
  7. Lead Generation:
     Drive lead generation efforts through various digital channels and marketing automation tools.
  8. Online Advertising:
     Plan and manage online advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  9. Competitor Analysis:
     Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
  10. Collaboration:
     Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design and development, to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with product launches and promotions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) is a plus.
