Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Vonage Full time ₹ 20,00,000 - ₹ 25,00,000 per year
Join Vonage and help us innovate cloud communications for businesses worldwide

About Vonage: Vonage is a global cloud communications business that offers flexible and scalable voice, messaging, video and data capabilities across Unified Communications, Contact Centres and Communications APIs. Our mission is to drive efficiencies and build synergy across engineering, product and customer support to make customer and employees experience outstanding.

By joining Vonage's Lean Agile Centre of Excellence, you'll have an opportunity to shape the future of customer engagement by supporting our engineering and product teams to deliver a truly immersive platform experience.

Why this role matters

We are seeking a dynamic and pragmatic Agile Delivery Manager to join our diverse global team. As a Agile Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Agile transformation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about Agile and eager to take the next step in their career supported by an experienced Agile team.

Vonage is entering an exciting new chapter, focused on consolidating and aligning a business that has grown and diversified through acquisition. This role will be part of the Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) at Vonage. The LACE are implementing Agile at Scale across the business to help align our teams and maximize the value they deliver. This role is a chance to get real experience of driving agile transformation you won't get from training or certification.

What you will do

As an Agile Delivery Lead at Vonage, you will drive delivery excellence through Agile transformation across the organization. Your primary focus will be enabling high-performing delivery flows and fostering a strong Agile culture within one or more teams. You will also support Release Train Engineers in planning and executing SAFe events.

  • Coach and Mentor Agile Teams
Guide teams in adopting Agile values, principles, and practices. Provide hands-on training and ongoing support to embed Agile ways of working.

  • Promote Data-Driven Improvement
Leverage metrics to help teams understand performance trends and encourage a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Enable Effective Team Collaboration
Encourage open communication and active engagement both within and across teams to strengthen collaboration.

  • Remove Delivery Impediments
Identify blockers that impact team performance, and work collaboratively to resolve them swiftly.

  • Facilitate Stakeholder Alignment
Ensure clear, consistent communication between teams and stakeholders to maintain alignment on goals, priorities, and progress.

What you will bring

  • The ideal candidate must be committed to genuine Agile principles, ensuring that Scrum practices are truly effective and not just followed superficially. We are not looking for a "fluffy" Agile Delivery Manager who runs "Zombie Scrum." They should actively engage teams in meaningful Agile practices that drive real value and continuous improvement.
  • A positive, pragmatic mindset is essential. You're someone who can share real examples of outcome-driven delivery, creative problem solving, and resilience in the face of setbacks.
  • Due to the international nature of the team and the business, experience working in a multicultural setting would be beneficial.

What is required for application

  • Previous experience working as an Agile Delivery Manager / Scrum Master
  • Practical experience with SAFe
  • Strong hands-on experience with Jira (essential)
  • Familiarity with Confluence
  • Proven coaching and facilitation skills, with examples of workshops, training sessions, or 1:1s you've run

What is in it for you

  • Attractive Discretionary Time Off
  • Private Medical Insurance with optional dependent coverage
  • Educational Assistance Reimbursement Program
  • Opportunities for reimbursement for conferences, trainings, and other personal development events
  • Maternity and Paternity Leave
  • Ask recruiter for country specific information
