Job Profile:

  • Extensive experience in technical management, preferably in a related industry.
  • Ability to manage IT support teams, as well as hire and train new IT staff.
  • Ability to diagnose bugs and errors, oversee user-testing, and implement required changes.

Experience:

  • Minimum 7-12 years of total years of experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development using PHP and MySQL
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile development using react native
  • Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum project management
  • Hands-on experience in managing cloud solutions
  • Hands-on experience in RESTful API & Web Services

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelors degree in computer information systems, management information systems, or similar.
  • A masters degree in any technology management or business management would be advantageous.

Job Shift: General

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Performing analyses on efficiency and integration.
  • Reporting to management on development, implementation, and progress.
  • Collaborating with development teams and departments, as well as incorporating user feedback.
  • Managing support teams and evaluating performance metrics.
  • Overseeing user-testing and adjustments.
  • Ensuring that products and services are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Hiring and training new IT staff.
  • Estimate requests for software implementation, make appropriate management decisions about the deadlines and the necessary resources.
  • Conduct the development of the program code, its quality evaluation, formalization and algorithms of the given tasks in accordance with the technical specification or other regulations used in the company.
  • Develop solutions and algorithms according to technical specifications or other requirements documentation; use standard algorithms in the applicable cases.
  • Consult customers on transitioning legacy mainframe systems to modern cloud platforms.
  • Be responsible for the results of work in a sprint.
