WooCommerce Developer

We are looking for a skilled WooCommerce Developer to design, develop, and maintain e-commerce websites using WordPress and WooCommerce. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of front-end and back-end development, plugin customization, and API integrations. You will work closely with the design and marketing teams to deliver high-quality, performance-driven online stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain WordPress WooCommerce websites and online stores.
• Customize themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
• Integrate payment gateways, shipping methods, and third-party APIs.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and plugin conflicts.
• Implement security best practices and regular updates.
• Collaborate with designers, content teams, and backend developers.
• Manage website migrations, backups, and version control (Git).
• Monitor and improve site analytics, conversion rates, and user experience.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, and PHP.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Familiarity with MySQL database and REST API integration.
• Knowledge of Elementor / Gutenberg / Custom Theme Development.
• Experience with cPanel, hosting environments, and domain setups.
• Understanding of eCommerce workflows, cart/checkout customization, and plugin architecture.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, caching, and performance optimization tools.
• Experience with Git / Bitbucket and Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Good to Have:
• Experience with Headless WooCommerce / React / integration.
• Knowledge of payment gateway APIs (Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, etc.).
• Understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM integration.
• Familiarity with WordPress multisite setups and custom REST APIs.
