About The Role
Own device, identity, and web access security. First 90 days: implement tenant-restricted access to Google services across browsers/devices, roll out MDM baselines for Windows/macOS, and set up centralised logging/alerts that satisfy PCI/RBI controls.

What You Will Do

  • Deploy and manage a Secure Web Gateway / Zero Trust Network Access solution with TLS inspection to enforce tenant-restricted Google sign-ins and block personal accounts across browsers.
  • Administer SSO/MFA and identity governance (Google Workspace/Okta/Azure AD or equivalent).
  • Roll out MDM baselines for Windows (Intune or equivalent) and macOS (Jamf/Kandji or comparable): disk encryption, updates, certs, always-on agent.
  • Enforce enterprise browser policies (Chrome/Edge or equivalent): force sign-in, restrict profiles, control extensions.
  • Centralise logs into a SIEM (e.g., Panther/Wazuh/Splunk/Elastic, or equivalent) and create alerts for policy bypass and authentication anomalies.
  • Automate with PowerShell/Bash/Python; use IaC where helpful (e.g., Terraform).
  • Produce SOPs and audit evidence mapped to RBI/PCI DSS requirements.

What You Must've Done

  • 4–6+ years in Security/IT/Network Security at a startup/SMB.
  • Hands-on with at least one SWG/ZTNA platform (Cloudflare/Zscaler/Umbrella/Netskope, etc.).
  • Managed Google Workspace or Okta/AAD, Intune and/or Jamf/Kandji at fleet scale.
  • Built detections/dashboards in a SIEM; strong scripting for automation.
  • Comfort turning controls into repeatable SOPs and audit artifacts.

Nice to have
CASB/DLP, EDR (Defender/CrowdStrike/SentinelOne), Terraform for Cloud/SASE, prior fintech/regulatory exposure.
