Job Summary:

The Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding project requirements, and ensuring seamless execution of events and exhibition projects. The role involves coordinating between internal teams, vendors, and clients to deliver projects on time, within budget, and as per brand expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:

  2. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

  3. Understand client objectives, brand guidelines, and project requirements.
  4. Maintain strong communication and build long-term client relationships.
  5. Handle client queries, feedback, and approvals promptly.

2.Project Coordination & Execution:

  • Coordinate with design, production, fabrication, and operations teams to ensure project feasibility and accuracy.
  • Brief internal teams on client requirements and monitor output quality.
  • Ensure timely delivery of exhibition stalls, event setups, branding, and on-ground activities.
  • Prepare project timelines, workflows, and execution plans.

3.Proposal & Presentation Development:

  • Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and client presentations.
  • Work closely with the creative/design team to develop concepts, 3D renders, and layouts.
  • Explain project concepts to clients and incorporate feedback.

4.On- Ground Event Support:

  • Supervise event/exhibition setup and ensure delivery as per approved designs.
  • Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, logistics, and production teams.
  • Ensure on-site requirements, approvals, and safety protocols are followed.
  • Handle last-minute changes or challenges during setup.

5.Budget & Cost Management:

  • Assist in preparing project budgets and estimates.
  • Track project expenses and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
  • Negotiate rates with vendors when required.

6.Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain project documentation, client communication, and approval records.
  • Provide regular project updates to internal teams and the management.
  • Prepare post-event reports and feedback summaries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Event Management, or related field.
  • Prior experience in events, exhibitions, activations, or agency-client servicing.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of event/exhibition production, branding, and design workflows.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
