Are you a skilled IT professional with strong expertise in Windows systems, troubleshooting, and user support? Join our dynamic team as a Windows L2 Support Engineer and play a key role in ensuring smooth IT operations for our enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical support for escalated Windows 10/11 and Windows Server issues.
  • Troubleshoot OS-related problems including boot failures, BSODs, performance issues, and system errors.
  • Manage Active Directory tasks: user accounts, groups, permissions, password resets, and GPO troubleshooting.
  • Support network connectivity troubleshooting including DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, and firewall issues.
  • Troubleshoot and support Microsoft Office/O365, business applications, and software installations.
  • Handle SCCM/Intune-related issues such as patching, deployments, compliance, and device enrollment.
  • Resolve endpoint security alerts, antivirus issues, and ensure device compliance.
  • Support hardware issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and routine maintenance activities.
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and follow standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with L1, L3, Network, and Security teams for escalations.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain strong communication with end users.

Technical Skills Required

  • Windows OS (10/11), Windows Server basics
  • Active Directory, Group Policy
  • SCCM / Intune / Endpoint Manager
  • Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN)
  • Microsoft Office / O365 troubleshooting
  • Antivirus & endpoint protection tools
  • Remote support tools (RDP, TeamViewer, etc.)
  • Basic PowerShell knowledge (added advantage)
