The Admission Counselor plays a key role in managing the student admission process, from first inquiry through final enrollment. This is a residential position that requires living on campus and being actively involved in parent interactions, school representation, and student-related administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Admissions Management
- Handle inquiries from prospective parents and students.
- Conduct follow-ups to convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Guide parents through the application and enrollment process.
Campus Tours & Parent Engagement
- Arrange and conduct campus tours for interested parents.
- Present the school's facilities, programs, and values effectively.
- Provide personalized attention to address parent/student questions.
Frontline Representation
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and students.
- Maintain a welcoming, professional presence at the school.
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate student and admission records.
- Assist with organizing parent meetings, school events, and orientation sessions.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth functioning.
Residential Role
- Reside on campus for availability during working hours and emergencies.
- Actively contribute to the school's residential culture and community.
