About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Developer
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in development, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. This role involves both hands-on coding and providing technical leadership to drive the success of our development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, architecture guidelines, and quality benchmarks.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development.
