Roles Responsibilities:
Client and Account Management:
Build existing client relationships and demonstrate knowledge of the industry. Work
collaboratively with the client to resolve tax-related issues faced by the client.
Keep up to date with relevant industry regulatory changes affecting business
operations.
Act as a technical and knowledge resource to the tax practice
Assist in the management of a portfolio of clients including the allocation of projects
across the tax team.
Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges.
Maintain internal controls ensuring the team is compliant with Client#39;s requirements
Technical Knowledge:
The candidate will be responsible for US Tax Returns 1065, 1120, 1120S and Multistate
Tax Returns
Should have good knowledge of CCH or OneSource or Go System
Have good knowledge of International Forms like 5471, 8858, 8865
Preparation and implementation of the tax strategies for Direct taxes at the US and
International levels
Timely compliance/ assessments related to Federal and state
Preparation of tax computations for advance tax payment, State Estimates, and
Extensions for Federal/State/local, and Quarterly Provisions
Coordinate with the tax advisory firm in the preparation of international tax returns
and other compliances
Preparations of State Apportionment and State Tax Workpapers
Experience in US Federal State Depreciation Computations
