Primary Responsibilities

• Design & Development

• Develop, configure, and implement OnBase solutions tailored to business needs

• Customize OnBase modules like Workflow, WorkView, Unity Forms, and E-Forms
• Write and maintain Unity Scripts, APIs, and batch jobs (e.g., PowerShell)

• Deliver quality projects within the scheduled timeframe

• System Integration

• Integrate OnBase with other enterprise systems using APIs, Web Services, or RESTful interfaces

• Ensure seamless data flow and automation across platforms

• Maintenance & Support

• Monitor and maintain OnBase applications and infrastructure

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

• Perform system upgrades and patch management

• Collaboration & Analysis

• Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements

• Translate business needs into technical solutions

• Documentation & Training

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including workflows, configurations, and user guides

• Train end-users and provide ongoing support

• Quality Assurance

• Conduct system testing and validation

• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure robust and error-free deployments

• Security & Compliance

• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the OnBase environment

• Continuous Learning & Skill Development

• Stay updated with the latest OnBase features, best practices, and industry trends

• Demonstrate a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies and upgrading skillsets to support evolving business needs

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting and troubleshooting OnBase
• Experience in SQL Server Database developing T-SQL queries, stored procedures
• Experience with analyzing business requirements and translating the same into technical requirements for effective workflow design
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting production issues if required
• Basic understanding of C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Knowledge of SQL Server or other relational databases
• Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles
• Proven good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Extensive knowledge building REST APIs and custom UI applications
• Basic knowledge in HTML, VBScripts & Java Scripts
• Quickly grasp new technologies, frameworks, and tools as needed for project requirements
• Adapt to changing priorities and learning from feedback to improve

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge or experience with OnBase (Hyland Software) for enterprise content management
• Experience with analyzing business requirements and translating the same into technical requirements for effective workflow/work view design
• Experience with analyzing business requirements and translating the same into technical requirements for effective workflow design
• Understanding in configure settings related to OnBase functionality such as Document Types, Document Type Groups, AutoFill keyword sets, Data Sets, Keyword Updates
• Solid knowledge in OnBase HTML E-Forms, Unity Forms, C# Unity API Scripts, VBScripts & Java Scripts
• Document Type and Keyword Configuration
• Security profile Configuration - Experience in setting security at document type group levels for user groups with overriding privileges for Document Types and Security Context Keywords to restrict document access
• Document Import Process (DIP) and TIP configuration for storage of documents in OnBase and integration with scan queues for indexing
• Configuration of System Tasks, Adhoc User tasks and Timers to meet business and IT SLA
