: Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project planning, execution, quality assurance and site supervision of real-estate developments.
  • Prepare technical documentation, cost estimates, project reports and assist in budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered within deadlines and budgets, while meeting safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors and other stakeholders to maintain site compliance, safety and design specifications.
Requirements:
  • B.E or B.Tech in Civil Engineering or similarly relevant discipline.
  • 1-2 years of field or design experience in real-estate construction / project development environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, analytical skills, and ability to work under deadlines.
