Specialization: International & Modern Therapies Only (No Ayurveda, No Cross Massage) Education: 12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma from Spa & Wellness Industry

Job Overview:

We are looking for a professional and well-trained International Spa Therapist with strong expertise in global massage techniques. The ideal candidate must deliver high-quality services, maintain excellent guest relations, and ensure a premium wellness experience. Only candidates skilled in international therapies (not Ayurveda) and strictly no cross-massage will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform International Spa Therapies Candidate must be an expert in the following: Swedish Massage Balinese Massage Deep Tissue Massage Aromatherapy Massage Thai Massage Hot Stone Massage Lomi Lomi Massage Shiatsu Massage Reflexology Sports Massage Lymphatic Drainage Massage Note: Ayurveda background is not required.

2. Provide Exceptional Guest Experience Ensure comfort, privacy, and relaxation throughout the therapy session. Conduct pre-session consultations to understand client needs and concerns. Maintain a calm, soothing, and professional treatment environment.

3. Maintain Hygiene & Professional Standards Keep treatment rooms, equipment, and linens clean and well-prepared. Follow strict sanitation, sterilization, and safety protocols. Ensure proper handling of spa products and materials.

4. Operational & Administrative Duties Coordinate with the front desk team for daily appointments and schedules. Maintain accurate service records and client notes. Recommend suitable treatments and provide post-care guidance.

5. Sales & Upselling Promote and upsell spa treatments, packages, and wellness products. Contribute to achieving individual and spa revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in spa and wellness therapy.
• Strong proficiency in international massage techniques.
• Pleasant personality with excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
• Northeastern candidates preferred.
• Immediate joiners highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
