Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Conduct legal research on various topics, including case law, statutes, and regulations,

to support ongoing legal matters. Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and Memos.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and summarize legal documents and identify key issues.
  • Assist in the preparation of legal opinions, briefs, and other legal documents as required.
  • Assist in maintaining and organizing legal files, databases, and other documentation Systems.
  • Stay updated with legal developments, industry trends, and changes in regulations that may impact the organization.
  • Provide general administrative support to the legal department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents
  • Assistance in Compliance
  • Assist in completing the Vendor Registration Forms for client onboarding
  • Handle contract Management through CLM software
