Urgent vacancies for Territory Manager for -Uppal -Hyderabad location
Role & responsibilities :
- To develop new Channels for Affordable Housing like DSAs, Web Aggregators, SAMPARK Connectors, Builders. and empanel them with MRHFL
- 8-10 years of experience in Affordable Housing or related field (NBFCs/Banks).
- Strong understanding of mortgage loans, home loans, housing finance, and affordable housing concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth through effective relationship management.
To maintain relationship with existing channel partners and source business from them
To achieve Affordable Housing disbursement targets through different channels
To ensure timely service to Channel Partners for cases referred by them
- To handle end to end activities from login to disbursement within stipulated turn around time (TAT)
To ensure key customer satisfaction through customer service of the highest quality
To conduct trainings for Channel Partners for Product, policy and processes
