Job Summary:

The Telecaller is responsible for contacting potential and existing clients to generate leads, explain services, and schedule appointments. The role involves maintaining good client relationships, achieving call and conversion targets, and providing accurate information about the company's immigration or visa services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain company services (immigration, visa, or overseas education).
  • Handle inbound inquiries from potential clients with professionalism and clarity.
  • Maintain daily call logs and update client information accurately in the CRM or database.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and referrals.
  • Schedule appointments for walk-ins or consultations with visa counsellors or consultants.
  • Achieve assigned targets for calls, conversions, and appointments.
  • Provide clients with basic information about eligibility, documentation, and processes (without giving legal advice).
  • Handle client queries promptly and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client data and adhere to company policies.
  • Assist the marketing and counseling teams in achieving monthly enrollment and conversion goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
  • 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or similar role (experience in immigration or education consultancy preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
  • Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, email handling).
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Fluency in [English / local language]; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
