Vimano EWA is seeking a Materials Science Characterisation Lab Manager to oversee laboratory operations, manage material testing, and ensure quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physics, chemistry, or engineering, with hands-on experience managing or coordinating laboratory activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise operations in the materials characterisation laboratory.
  • Conduct and oversee advanced material testing, analysis, and data interpretation.
  • Maintain strict compliance with quality, safety, and calibration standards.
  • Coordinate with R&D and production teams to optimize material processes.
  • Ensure timely maintenance and upkeep of all lab equipment and instruments.
  • Prepare technical documentation, calibration records, and reports.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior staff and interns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
