Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site or Virtual position for an IWCF Instructor and Assessor based in Ahmedabad and Qatar. The role involves delivering high-quality training sessions for IWCF programs, conducting assessments, and ensuring that participants gain the necessary skills and knowledge in line with IWCF standards. The Instructor will develop course materials, assist in course reviews, and stay updated on the latest industry practices. Additional responsibilities include providing feedback to participants, maintaining training materials, and supporting the overall training objectives of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of IWCF standards and procedures, with the ability to impart this knowledge effectively to participants
  • Experience in training delivery, course development, and assessment in the oil and gas or related industries
  • Effective communication, presentation, and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in adapting training materials to meet diverse learner needs and corporate requirements
  • Experience working in high-pressure scenarios, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Certified IWCF Instructor and Assessor credentials are required
  • Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in the oil and gas industry is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using technology and online training platforms is a plus
