ValetEZ is transforming the parking and mobility experience with smart operations and technology. We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead and manage our Valet & Parking Operations in Mumbai, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, client satisfaction, and team performance.

Role Overview

The Senior – Valet & Parking Operations will oversee multiple parking sites across Mumbai, manage valet teams, maintain client relationships, and ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs. The role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, people management skills, and the ability to adapt to and manage technology-driven processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day valet and parking operations across multiple sites.
• Manage a large team of valet drivers, supervisors, and ground staff.
• Ensure adherence to safety, discipline, and customer service standards.
• Coordinate with clients (hotels, malls, hospitals, corporate offices) to ensure service excellence.
• Handle scheduling, rostering, and attendance management.
• Conduct regular audits of sites to ensure SOP compliance.
• Monitor vehicle handling, damage reporting, and claims management.
• Work with HR for recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff.
• Leverage tech platforms, apps, and tracking systems for monitoring attendance, deployment, and reporting.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on operations and performance.
• Resolve escalations and provide quick solutions to operational challenges.

Requirements

• Experience: 5–8 years in valet/parking/transport/hospitality operations, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong people management and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage operations across multiple sites.
• Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred).
• Flexible to work in shifts and on weekends/holidays as per operations.
• Strong knowledge of parking operations, valet SOPs, and safety norms.
• Comfortable in learning and handling technology platforms, apps, or dashboards related to operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
