The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and technically astute Marketing & Business Development Executive whose primary responsibility will be direct engagement and conversion. This role requires meeting key decision-makersFleet Owners, Transport Managers, and Logistics Ownersto explain the technical and financial benefits of our retreading process, focusing specifically on the quality of our rubber compound and the superior cost-per-kilometer (CPKM) value.

Preferred candidate profile

Key Responsibilities (Direct Client Conversion Focus)

  • Client Engagement & Meetings: Mandatorily identify, schedule, and attend regular meetings with Fleet Owners, Transport Managers, and Logistics Heads to introduce and promote SAM TECH RETREADING services.
  • Technical Explanation: Clearly and persuasively explain the technical superiority of our retreading process, including the specifics of the rubber compound quality, casing protection, and manufacturing standards.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct cost-benefit analysis for potential clients, demonstrating the significant operational savings and reduced cost-per-kilometer achieved by using our retreaded tires over new or competitor products.
  • Conversion & Acquisition: Actively work to convert prospective clients into long-term customers by overcoming objections, negotiating terms, and closing sales deals for retreading services.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and report specific intelligence on competitor pricing, service quality, and market acceptance of retreading solutions.
  • Sales Support: Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new fleet clients.
  • Reporting: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, conversion funnel, and meeting outcomes.
