Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join our team in Accounting Operations. The role involves managing day-to-day financial transactions with accuracy, supporting compliance with accounting standards, and providing operational assistance across finance and logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, invoicing, and reconciliations.

  • Prepare and maintain financial reports to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.

  • Utilize Excel and ERP systems effectively for data entry, reporting, and analysis.

  • Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth financial coordination of supply chain activities.

  • Provide administrative support by executing skilled technical and operational tasks to support business functions.

  • Escalate non-routine financial or operational issues to senior colleagues or supervisors as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.

  • Strong working knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, reporting).

  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferred.

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of finance and accounting principles.

  • Exposure to logistics or supply chain operations is an added advantage.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently within defined processes and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
