Position: CPRM Telecaller

Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate

Experience: 2+ years

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 (In-hand)

Communication: English mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle HNI customer calls and provide accurate information.
  • Make outbound and cold calls for lead generation.
  • Manage CPRM (Customer Portfolio Relationship Management) activities.
  • Follow up with customers for queries, services, and appointments.
  • Maintain call logs and update customer details in the system.
  • Support demand generation and achieve daily/weekly calling targets.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years experience in HNI customer handling.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Basic MS Excel knowledge.
  • Experience in telecalling, lead generation, and outbound calling.
  • Good listening, convincing, and customer service skills.
