About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Python Lead (5+ years) to join us on a 3-month contract. The role involves working closely with senior engineers to improve project performance, security, scalability, and coding standards. This is a hands-on position where the candidate will also be required to contribute to coding, debugging, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior engineers to enhance performance, security, and scalability.
  • Define, implement, and enforce coding standards and best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor team members.
  • Perform hands-on coding, debugging, and optimization.
  • Contribute to technical architecture and roadmap discussions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven Python development experience (Django/Flask/FastAPI preferred).
  • Strong understanding of performance optimization, secure coding, and scalable systems.
  • Experience with databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving and mentoring skills.

Contract Details:

  • Duration: 3 Months
  • Engagement: Full-time, hands-on role.
  • Location: Remote/Hybrid (as per requirement).
