About the Role

This is a
tech-leadership role
requiring strong hands-on development skills in
Java + Spring Boot
(backend) and
Angular
(frontend).

You will lead a development team, work closely with European clients, participate in architectural decisions, and ensure high-quality delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of 7–10 fullstack developers
  • Work directly with European clients to understand requirements
  • Develop backend services using
    Java 8+, Spring Boot, REST APIs
  • Build frontend applications using
    Angular 9/12+, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
  • Build, review, and optimize API services (REST & SOAP)
  • Ensure code quality through reviews, testing (JUnit, Mockito), and best practices
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams on Docker/Kubernetes deployments
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
  • Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and Product teams for smooth delivery


Required Technical Skills

  • Strong expertise in
    Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices
  • Strong Angular experience (
    Angular 9/12+
    )
  • Proficiency in
    JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
  • Strong knowledge of
    REST APIs, SOAP services, JPA/Hibernate
  • Solid experience with
    SQL Databases
    (MySQL/Oracle)
  • Unit testing with
    JUnit & Mockito
  • Experience leading technical teams


Good to Have

  • Knowledge of
    Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
  • Experience with CI/CD tools
  • Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Experience working with European clients
