ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Frontend Engineer (2–3 years experience) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Vue/Nuxt (with at least 2–3 completed projects) along with familiarity in React/Next. This is a client-facing role where you will not only contribute to building modern, scalable web applications but also play an active role in client communication, handovers, and team collaboration.

You will be expected to take ownership of your work, manage tasks independently, and collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment. Experience in leading small teams and participating in client standups will be highly valued.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize frontend applications using Vue/Nuxt and React/Next.
  • Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
  • Participate in daily standups, handovers, and client meetings to ensure smooth communication and project progress.
  • Take ownership of assigned features, from development to deployment.
  • Mentor junior team members and support in team management when required.
  • Ensure applications are performant, responsive, and user-friendly.
  • Work flexible hours when required to align with client shifts and project needs.

MUST-HAVE:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in frontend development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with (minimum 2–3 real-world projects).
  • Working knowledge of
  • Client-facing experience with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience participating in standups, handovers, and collaborative team workflows.
  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability in delivering projects.

GOOD-TO-HAVE:

  • Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS/low-code platforms.
  • Basic understanding of AWS and cloud deployment workflows.
  • Experience leading or managing a small development team.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and modern dev practices.
