Job Title: Dispatch Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Prepare invoices, packing lists, and dispatch documents.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics partners, and transporters for smooth operations.
  • Monitor stock availability and maintain dispatch records.
  • Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and documentation of products before dispatch.
  • Track shipments and resolve any delivery-related issues.
  • Maintain MIS reports and update dispatch status regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transport regulations.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in dispatch/logistics/warehouse operations.
  • Strong knowledge of dispatch process, invoicing, and stock management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
  • Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.

Qualification:

  • Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or any relevant field.

Salary Range:

  • [₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month]
