As an Integration Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing seamless data and system integration solutions within an organization. Your responsibilities will include analysing business requirements, assessing existing systems, and developing architecture strategies to enhance connectivity and interoperability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that integration solutions align with business goals and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Requirements Analysis: Evaluate business needs and translate them into integration requirements.

  2. System Assessment: Assess existing systems and identify opportunities for integration improvements.

  3. Architecture Design: Develop robust integration architectures that promote scalability, reliability, and performance.

  4. Technology Selection: Choose appropriate integration technologies and tools based on project requirements.

  5. Collaboration: Work closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams to align integration solutions with organizational objectives.

  6. Prototyping: Create prototypes and proof-of-concept implementations to validate integration approaches.

  7. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for integration designs, processes, and configurations.

  8. Quality Assurance: Implement testing strategies to ensure the reliability and accuracy of integrated systems.

  9. Monitoring and Support: Establish monitoring mechanisms and provide support for integration solutions in production.

  10. Advisory Role: Provide guidance on best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends related to integration.

Experience Level

Overall 13+ yrs of experience

8+yrs of experience as an Integration Architect or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of integration patterns, messaging protocols, and API design.

Expertise in integration technologies such as ESBs, middleware, and API management platforms.

Experienced in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Event Driven Architectures (EDA), REST/ SOAP and microservices architecture.

Experienced in standard integration tools like IBM Integration suite, Oracle Integration suite, Mulesoft, Apache Kamel, Red Hat Fuse/ 3 Scale

Experienced in BPM tools like Oracle BPEL, IBM BPM, Appian, Pega

Experienced in API management tools like Kong, Glue, Apigee, IBM APIC

Experienced in messaging infrastructure like Kafka

Knowledge of TMForum Open API will be preferable

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs
