About the Role - Ahmedabad - On-Site
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead sales for our graphic design and web development services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to successfully manage and grow international client accounts across the USA, Australia, and European markets.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for graphic design and web development services.
- Build, manage, and strengthen long-term client relationships, with a strong focus on clients in the USA, Australia, and Europe.
- Engage with international clients through calls, meetings, and presentations, ensuring clear understanding of their requirements.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to propose tailored solutions.
- Prepare professional proposals and presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales targets while driving business growth.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and evolving technologies.
- Proactively generate outbound leads through multiple channels.
- Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and for prospecting and pipeline building.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of proven experience in IT Sales / Business Development, specifically for graphic design, branding, websites, and digital solutions.
- Minimum 3 years of direct experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and/or – this is a mandatory requirement.
- Proven experience in successfully handling and closing clients from the USA, Australia, and European markets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills tailored for international clients.
- Comfortable with any Shift
- Ability to work independently, handle complex sales cycles, and deliver measurable results.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
