About the Role:-

We are looking for a confident and energetic FEMALE Tele-caller to join our team.

Your main responsibility is to contact potential customers, explain our services or programs, handle queries, and help convert leads into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers
  • Explain products, services, or programs clearly and professionally
  • Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication
  • Identify customer needs and suggest relevant solutions
  • Record details of calls, feedback, and customer information
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling & conversion targets
  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude throughout the interaction

Requirements

  • Good communication skills (Hindi/English or regional language)
  • Confident, polite, and customer-friendly approach
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM usage is a plus)
  • Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated
  • Previous telecalling/telesales experience is an advantage but not mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
