Job Title: Non-Voice Process Associate Walk-In Drive

About the Role:

We are hiring for Non-Voice / Back-Office customer support roles. The position involves handling customer queries through email, chat, and internal tools

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through chat & email support
  • Provide accurate & timely responses to customers
  • Maintain customer records & update internal systems
  • Troubleshoot basic product/service related issues
  • Ensure high quality standards and meet daily targets
  • Follow company processes, guidelines, and data privacy rules

2- Complete Non voice Process

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written & verbal English communication skill
  • Good typing speed and accuracy
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet)
  • Ability to multi-task & work under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving & logical thinking

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Any Graduate / HSC pass can apply

  • Should be comfortable with rotational shifts
